UR Apartments in Nagoya
No Key Money, No Realtor Fees, No Guarantor Required
Interlink is happy to introduce you to affordable UR (Urban Renaissance) apartments in various neighborhoods in Nagoya.
Rental apartments in Japan typically require you to pay gift fees (key money) to the owner, often equal to several months' rent. Additionally, renters are almost always required to have a guarantor/co-signer (regardless of financial status), making it difficult for many people to acquire the contract for a desired apartment or house.
However, with UR apartments, there is no key money, no realtor fee, no renewal fee, and no guarantor required!
Interlink can introduce you to UR apartments and support you through the simple process from start to finish.
We are dedicated to finding you a place to call home!
These are some of the requirements and/or documents you will be required to provide to rent a UR Apartment:
- The latest record of withholding income tax
- Tax Certification
- Employment Certification
- Residence Certificate (known as Jyuminhyo)
- Zairyu Card
- A deposit (equal to 2-months' rent) that will be used to renovate the apartment when you leave.
- Proof of financial stability. You will need to show that your monthly income is at least four times that of the monthly rent.
