Guarantor Services

Interlink Guarantor Services

Peace of mind for all parties

Want to move into an apartment or house in Japan but cannot because you lack a cosigner (guarantor), can't speak the language, or don’t understand the process? Are you new to Japan and looking for support?
Our guarantor services are an essential part of renting an apartment or house in Japan if you are new to this country. Almost every landlord in Japan will require that you have someone co-sign on your rental agreement to ensure that payment for all rents and any damage costs to the apartment are completed. At Interlink, we are here to take on that role so you can complete the contractual process with the realtor. It is a very simple process that will ensure that the apartment or house you have chosen can be secured in a timely and beneficial way to both the landlord and you, the tenant. Rest assured that all of our consultants and staff will be providing you with assistance in English.
