⑤ Lease Summary Walk-Through
Meet with a certified real estate agent

We will take you through the entire process
and terms involved with the contract. We will explain every detail
of the contract to ensure you are clear on all of the terms of the agreement and answer any questions you may have.
Then, the contract is signed and submitted, completing the contract process.
⑥ Move-In
You're finally able to move in!
On the day, we will meet you at the property
to wrap up any final matters and conduct your move-in inspection. Our inspection will document any damage or concerns with the property for reference.
Once everything is complete we'll pass you the keys to your new home.

Short-Term Lease
